This is an Emulsifier for High oil–containing coolants. It provides excellent Lubricity, Cooling, Corrosion protection and Biocidal performance. It is suitable where high Lubricity, Cooling, and EP properties are required.

APPLICATIONS:
ROLPON SS 4050 X is an emulsifier for high oil–containing coolants. It provides excellent lubricity, cooling, corrosion protection, and biocidal performance.
It is suitable where high lubricity, cooling, and EP properties are required. Base oil SN70 of Group I and Group II strongly recommended.

This is an Emulsifier package can be used for the formulation of Semi-synthetic, Low foaming Water miscible Coolants. This package is based on Boron and Diethanolamine.
CHARACTERISTICS:
Rolpon SS 4060W I is an emulsifier package based on boron and diethanolamine and can be used for the formulation of semi-synthetic, low foaming, watermiscible coolants with a low content of mineral oil.
Rolpon SS 4060W I is free of EDTA and contains biocides.

APPLICATIONS:
- 40 wt.% Rolpon Prime 4060W can be blended with 60 wt.% demineralised water.
- The blend yields a stable concentrate with a pH-value of >9.2 in a 5% dilution.
- A 4% emulsion in hard water of 200 ppm yields 0 corrosion in the filterpaper chip test.
- It is recommended for mild operations such as drilling, cutting and milling.
- Dosage recommended is the same for all the applications.

STORAGE:
Rolpon SS 4060W can be stored safely indoors between +10°C and +45 C in properly sealed original packages for a minimum of 6 months.
